• All products sold by Roklan Power are intended for their designated purposes only.
• Improper use, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines voids any applicable warranty and return eligibility.

2. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• Full payment is required prior to pickup or delivery.
• Taxes, delivery, installation, and servicing fees are charged separately where applicable.

3. Pickup and Delivery

• Customers are responsible for inspecting products at the time of pickup or delivery.
• Any visible damage must be reported immediately.
• Delivery and servicing charges are non-refundable.

4. Returns and Refunds

• Returns are accepted within seven (7) days from the date of pickup, subject to our Return Policy.
• Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.
• Products that have been used, installed, fueled, tested, or altered are not eligible for return.
• Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval and exclude all delivery or service fees.

5. Mattresses – Hygiene Disclaimer

• Mattresses that have been removed from original packaging or used are not returnable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

6. Warranties

• Products may carry a manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
• Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer terms and do not override return conditions stated herein.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Improper installation or misuse of products
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss or damage resulting from failure to follow product instructions
