1. Return Period

Roklan Power goods may be returned within seven (7) calendar days from the date of pickup by the customer.

2. Condition of Returned Goods

• Unused, uninstalled, unfueled, and in brand-new condition
• Free from any signs of use, operation, wear, damage, modification, or alteration
• Returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, cables, tools, and components supplied at the time of purchase

3. Proof of Purchase

All return requests must be accompanied by a valid original proof of purchase, including a receipt or invoice issued by Roklan Power.

4. Exclusions and Non-Returnable Items

• The return request is made after the 7-day return period
• The product has been used, tested, installed, fueled, or operated
• Original packaging, accessories, or documentation are missing
• The item is damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, or unauthorized servicing

5. Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded using the original method of payment.
• All delivery, transportation, installation, servicing, and handling charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by Roklan Power.

6. Right of Refusal

Roklan Power reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any return that does not comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this policy.
